Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds to our customers if they’re unhappy with our services, instead we have our 24 hour Guarantee.
If our customers don’t believe that our maids have cleaned their property, be it their home, a tenancy clean or their business, to the standards that they expect, all you need to do is call us and we’ll send our cleaners back to re-do the job so that you’re completely happy this time around. This ensures that the cleaning services our client’s receive will be up to their standards and specifications and that they’ll never be left disappointed.
This means that if you’re thinking of working with us you never have to worry that your house won’t look perfect for your in-laws, or that your landlord will be unhappy with how you’ve left your property on moving out day.
